You might think that after all of these years as a Hollywood leading star, Reese Witherspoon would have all kinds of ridiculous requests when it comes to what she eats on set. You know: organic chips made from corn harvested only on Tuesdays, only purple M&M’s, or even something like only having an odd number of peanuts in each bowl. As it turns out though, that “girl next door” vibe which the actress exudes when she’s not in character, also extends to her on-set snacking as well.

In a video shared to Instagram earlier this week, Reese caught up with her co-stars and some of the crew on her latest project — the Netflix rom-com Your Place Or Mine — to compare their craft service go-tos. And everyone’s answers were surprisingly normal.

Grey’s Anatomy alum Jesse Williams, who plays Reese’s primary love interest, says he always hits the “crafty” snack table in search of Cool Ranch Doritos, which are apparently a rarity. And as a result, he settles for the brand’s OG flavor, Nacho Cheese. As for Ashton Kutcher, who jokingly plays the “serious actor,” he told Reese that his go-to snack is coffee … until someone off screen tells him that hot dogs are an option.

And as for Reese herself? While the snacking requirements aren’t necessarily fancy or high-end for the “cinnamontographer,” they do skew closer to the choices you might urge your kids to make. Grouping her choices into two a.m. or p.m. options, she notes that her morning snack faves are either Sun Chips or an apple and peanut butter. Her afternoon snack on the other hand consists of tea and a cookie.

The latter mention is where the fancy comes in: Reese Witherspoon’s ideal afternoon treat is either a chai cookie or — my personal vote for top-tier cookie — oatmeal chocolate chip. And there you have it folks. Another reason to remember that celebs are just like us.
