What to Add to This Smoothie Kit
This kit comes together with three fruity ingredients, plus a scoop of nut butter and the liquid of your choice when it's time to blend. Here's what you'll need.

Before adding the ingredients, I think it's most helpful to label the bag with the name of the smoothie and what you'll need to add when you blend it up (more on that below!). For each smoothie kit, to a freezer bag add the following ingredients:
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup pitted cherries
- 1/2 hulled strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of nut butter
If you want to keep things as quick and convenient as possible, start with store-bought frozen berries, otherwise wash, dry, and prep fresh berries, then add them right to the bag. Remember you can also wash and reuse your freezer bags.
Here's How to Blend It Up
For each smoothie, add about 1 cup of coconut water or any type of milk (dairy or non-dairy) to the blender. Dump in the smoothie kit and blend.
