It’s no secret: Costco is one of our favorite places to stock up on snacks (and breakfast staples and budget-friendly wine). The warehouse is filled with bulk-size finds from both fresh and familiar brands: pretzels, crackers, produce, mini ice cream sandwiches, and more. And because they’re sold in bulk, we often pay less per ounce per package — a benefit that seemed even more important this year, as we tried to stretch our grocery budgets each week.

Of all the bags, boxes, and jars we brought home from the warehouse chain this year, these are the seven we couldn’t get enough of. Let’s take a look!

1. Mad Minis Vanilla Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches, $9.99 for 36

Who doesn’t love a bite-size frozen dessert? These mini cookie sandwiches are roughly the size of a silver dollar, but chocolatey and stuffed with ice cream. They pack rich and creamy vanilla ice cream between crispy, crunchy chocolatey cookies with no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, hydrogenated oils, trans fats, or food dyes. And at $10 for a box of 36 sandwiches, we think they’re a bargain.

2. Mary’s Gone Crackers Super Seed Everything Crackers, $9.99 for 18 ounces

Once sold only at Whole Foods Markets, these crackers can now be found in Costco — and in bulk! The Super Seed variety is one of the brand’s newest and it’s got a serious crunch factor. The crackers are full of flavor, thanks to the seeds and seasonings, with no flour and no added sugar. Plus, they’re great paired with baby carrots and celery alongside a container of salsa. Speaking of …

3.  La Mexicana Organic Mango Salsa, $6.50 for 32 ounces

Made with organic mango, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapeños, this mild salsa mix is fantastic with fresh-cut veggies and even pairs well with frozen yogurt. You could also enjoy it on fish tacosgrilled chickenshrimp kebabs, and as an accompaniment to chips (or everything crackers). This same brand also makes a mild tomato salsa and it’s also available at Costco.

4. Mariani Organic California Pitted Dates, $8.89 for 2.5 pounds

So much can be said about these organic pitted dates. They’re gluten free, a good source of dietary fiber, and great in smoothies, date bars, or easy date caramels. Got kids? Cut a small slit in the center of a date and stuff with chocolate chips. Instant after-school snack.

5. Girl Scout Thin Mints Pretzels, $9.29 for 26 ounces

This snack takes everything you love about the classic Girl Scout confection — rich dark chocolate combined with an invigorating mint flavor — and adds salty, crunchy pretzels. This isn’t just any chocolate-covered snack, thanks to the intensity of the mint infused in the coating made from 100% real dark chocolate. And it has the perfect proportion of pretzel to chocolate, striking the balance between salty, sweet, and minty.

6. Crunchmaster 6-Seed Multi-Grain Baked Crackers, $10.99 for 28 ounces (2 14-ounce bags)

These baked crackers — the second cracker to make our list! — are super crunchy, slightly salty, and full of nutty flavor. This makes them perfect for pairing with cheeses, jams, dried fruit, and cured meats on a charcuterie board. The crisp texture of the crackers contrasts with the softness of Brie, Camembert, and logs of fresh goat cheese, and stands up to slices of pungent aged cheeses. Plus their hexagonal shape helps them stand out among the more common circular or square crackers, making your board feel just a little fancier.

7. Stemilt Artisan Organics Lil Snappers Apples, $6.21 for 3 pounds

These petite apples are big on flavor. They’re great as is, and when paired with your preferred nut butter. And if you have a little more time, you can slice them (use a mandoline!) and toss with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar for extra sweetness, before cooking in the air fryer. In 10 minutes, you’ll have super-crispy, crunchy, apple chips.
