I’ll admit it: Cereal is usually my go-to for breakfast (well, when I’m not skipping the first meal of the day all together). I’m usually short on time in the mornings, because I want to sleep for as long as possible, so cereal is the natural choice. But that brings me to my next confession: I usually just eat it sans milk, sometimes even straight out of the box. I know some might disagree, but I can’t stand the texture of soggy cereal. So much so that I can’t remember the last time I added milk to it. I don’t want to have to speed-eat it to keep it from getting mushy, either.

Over the past few years, you’ve probably seen that portable cereal cup on social media that’s designed to solve this very problem. It’s split into two compartments: one for milk and another for dry cereal. As ingenious as it is — one of our editors swears by it — I found an alternative that’s way more versatile. There’s not much to the Just Crunch bowl, but that doesn’t make it any less useful or clever. It might not be transportable, but it has a divider down the middle that keeps foods from touching, whether it’s cereal and milk, chips and dip, or pie and ice cream. I’m sure there are way more, but you get the gist; this bowl will make soggy cereal a thing of the past, and it’ll come in handy with a number of other snacks, too.

What Is the Just Crunch Anti-Soggy Cereal Bowl?

What you see is what you get with this $10 bowl, and trust me when I say that it’ll quickly become the most-used item in your kitchen. Honestly, if I were you, I’d grab the two-pack for $5 more, so when one is being cleaned in the dishwasher the other is ready to go for snacking. That’s right: It’s dishwasher-safe and made of BPA-free plastic. You can also heat it up in the microwave, if you’re eating something warm. The material is also resistant to chipping, and the space-saving design allows them to be stacked on top of each other in your cabinet — yet another reason why it doesn’t hurt to grab more than one.

What Shoppers Are Saying

“I purchased this to hold my chips and dip/salsa. But I’ll also be using this for my chicken salad, tuna salad, and pimento cheese with crackers. This bowl is versatile to section off different things. I would recommend it!” — GAPeach1075

“I eat more cereal now because it stays crisp when using this bowl. It’s also great with pie or cake on one side and ice cream on the other. Works well with tortilla chips one side and dip on other side. Endless possibilities. Washes great in dishwasher.” — Jan A.

“All-around usefulness. Cereals, popcorn, chips and dip, veggies and dip, cheese spread and crackers, shrimp and sauce. Just one bowl to wash and carry instead of two.” — C.F.W.

Even if you aren’t a cereal-lover, if you prefer to keep your foods from touching, this $10 find will ensure that it never happens again. Whatever the case, you’ll never want to go back to a regular bowl again.
