Costco Just Added a New Pie to the Bakery Section, and Fans Are Freaking Out

If there’s one thing you can count on Costco to do, it’s frequently expand their roster of items. While there are plenty of reasons that shoppers continue to shell out their hard-earned coins at the popular warehouse, one of the main reasons they all keep going back might be to see what surprisingly delicious new items show up in the bakery section.

Although it may be hard to keep up with all the great things that hit Costco locations day in and day out, dedicated fan pages — like @costcohotfinds — do a great job at keeping fans on alert of all the new items that are worth a try. And according to the popular account, there’s a new pie that’s absolutely worth the try and even more worth a repeat buy: Costco’s brand-spanking-new Four Berry Pie.

The pie, which comes in at nearly 5 pounds, is made with an apple pie crust and a medley of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and cranberries. And, of course, fans of Costco ran to the comment section to light the post up with pure delight.

“Praying my Costco has it!!!” one person commented. “Oh! This is my kind of pie!” said another.

Although the pie is sure to be a true treat on its own, Laura of @costcohotfinds noted that warming it up and adding a scoop of ice cream before digging in makes it all the more delectable. 

So what does a pie like this run you? Like many of the other recent bakery releases from Costco, this pie is priced a little higher at $18.99. But with the constant hits that they’ve had with items like the massive Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie and the Lemon Blueberry Loaf, the newest addition may absolutely be worth its weight in gold. 

Those looking to try the new pie can keep an eye out at their local Costco, as it’s currently rolling out at locations nationwide.
