Every single time I go to my local Trader Joe’s with the intention of picking up just a few necessary items (nothing frivolous), I end up lugging home two extra bags that are completely full of items that I just couldn’t resist. The store is chock-full of too many enticing finds at even more enticing prices. At least I can admit that I have a problem, though.

If you, too, relate to this meme on a deep level, then we should be friends.

While scrolling through Instagram lately, I noticed that the Trader Joe’s fan accounts I follow were posting more new items than usual — each one more delicious-sounding then the next. (I’m already planning my next trip to see if I can spot them in person.) Here are a dozen I’m super excited to try.

1. Cuban-Style Citrusy Garlic Seasoning Blend

TJ’s describes this new seasoning as “a bright citrus and allium blend with salt.” If this is anything like the other options in their seasoning selection, they likely knocked this one out of the park.

2. Everything But the Bagel Seasoned Kettle-Cooked Potato Chips

Speaking of seasonings, Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Blend truly makes everything better. I imagine that’s the case for these kettle-cooked potato chips, too.

3. Za’atar Seasoning Blend

Okay, clearly the Trader Joe’s R&D department was on a seasoning kick a few months ago because they also churned out this delicious Middle Eastern-inspired blend. Sprinkle it over hummus, labne, roasted potatoes, and salad.

4. Spicy Mexican Style Riced Cauliflower

If you’re a fan of Trader Joe’s regular ol’ riced cauliflower, you’ll probably also love this zippier “spicy Mexican style” version, made with tomatoes, tricolor bell peppers, and jalapeños.

5. Plantain Croutons with Garlic and Sea Salt

Plantain! Croutons! These crunchy, garlicky, gluten-free bites are the perfect soup or salad topper — but it’s OK if you eat them straight out of the bag, too.

6. Gluten-Free Cinnamon Coffee Cake Muffins

Here’s another gluten-free innovation — this time in the bakery aisle. Moist sour cream cake that’s mixed with cinnamon bits and brown sugar? Want!

7. French Onion Macaroni and Cheese

If there ever was a match made in heaven, it’s French onion soup and mac and cheese. Find this crouton-crusted, Swiss-and-cheddar-swirled mac in the frozen aisle.

8. Avocado Oil Spray

This high-heat cooking spray is made with avocado oil, which means it’s super mild in flavor. The convenient spray bottle helps you have more control over each spritz.

9. Crunchy Almond Butter Puffs Cereal

Remember Reese’s Puffs cereal? Decades later, TJ’s has an almond butter version, featuring gluten-free rice and quinoa puffs that are “coated in almond butter and dusted with powdered sugar and cocoa powder.”

11. Roasted Garlic and Pesto Pizza with a Deep Fried Crust

The folks at Trader Joe’s decided to deep fry a pizza. We’re not complaining. Find this pesto-y, garlicky, cheesy creation in the frozen aisle.

12. Grainless Granola

One more gluten-free item, for good measure! These grainless clusters are made of almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds — an all-star way to start your day. (Or for all day snacking — you decide.)

Which of these new items are you most excited to try?
