I’m Not Sure How I Feel About These “Most Stuf” Oreos

Rumors have been circulating the last couple days about a new Oreo cookie, and this time it’s not a strange new flavor (I’m looking at you, pop rocks). On Monday, Instagram account @thejunkfoodaisle shared that Oreo was creating its biggest cookie ever: the Most Stuf. The Instagram post assured fans that this cookie is an “actual product photo” and that it’s coming soon.

You guys, is there TOO MUCH Stuf in these Oreos? Because I think this cookie is living on the edge.

From my very rough calculations, the Most Stuf Oreo appears to have almost three times the amount of creme filling that the original Oreos have. I’m sorry, but that’s just too much.

I’m a big fan of Oreo’s Double Stuf cookie. In fact, I think it’s an essential part of our cookie culture. The creme filling in the Double Stuf Oreo is a better compliment to the chocolate cookie versus the original Oreo. The creme and the cookie are on even ground — it’s more balanced. But these new Most Stuf cookies? They just seem like too much of a good thing, not to mention messy and potentially harder to eat. Wouldn’t it just be too sweet? If you’re really into the creme filling, wouldn’t it be better to turn it into a dip and just dunk the cookies into it? When is enough, enough?

So far this Instagram post is the only evidence we have that this cookie will actually be birthed into existence. The words “coming soon” literally mean nothing to me — Winds of Winter, the last book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series is also “coming soon,” too, so who really knows when we can expect to see these Oreos on shelves (if ever).

So until I’m proved otherwise, I’m a Double Stuf girl for life.
