Our favorite kitchen appliance, the Instant Pot, just got a new companion in the form of another rising star, the air fryer. Instant Brands recently released the Instant Vortex Plus 7-in-1 Air Fryer Oven, and it’s currently on sale exclusively at Walmart for $106 (normally $119). We’re guessing it won’t be long before it also becomes a cult favorite among home chefs

By now you probably know that air fryers use circulating heat to give food that fried, crispy texture we all crave — without the extra oil. And while the Instant Vortex can make you a plate of french fries, it can also do so much more. It can roast, broil, bake, toast, reheat, and dehydrate. (If only it also did laundry!)

The brilliant appliance also includes a rotate function, which means you can turn out a juicy rotisserie chicken in 30 minutes to use toward recipes like pesto chicken salad and BBQ chicken casserole. (Watch out, Costco!) The Instant Vortex Plus’s dehydrate feature, meanwhile, allows you to make DIY beef jerky in no time, and the reheat function promises not to overcook or dry out your leftovers.

If all this sounds too good to be true, then check out this tantalizing video that shows off all of its cool features.
