Dr Pepper has debuted a new flavor innovation to add to its lineup of bold and unique options and fans of the brand are sure to love it. Hot off the heels of their Dr Pepper-flavored Peeps treat set to launch this spring, the oldest soft drink in the U.S. has launched a new Strawberries & Cream variety available nationwide this month.

“Our expert team of flavor scientists are constantly innovating to bring to life new varieties that will surprise, and delight treat seekers and our existing dedicated fans,” John Alvarado, VP of Marketing for Dr Pepper said in a press release. “Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream is an exciting evolution for our brand’s flavor portfolio as it joins our permanent lineup alongside popular varieties such as Dr Pepper & Cream Soda and Dr Pepper Zero Sugar. We can’t wait for people to try this delicious new treat!”

And it does sound like a treat. The latest flavor profile takes the original secret blend of 23 flavors and swirls in layers of refreshing strawberry flavor, giving the drink a smooth, creamy finish. Another unique mention? It’s the only strawberry and cream-flavored dark soda on the market today.

Dr Pepper’s Strawberries & Cream soda is available in both original and zero sugar options, and can be found in 12-pack cans or 20-ounce bottles.
