This “Terrific” $65 Frying Pan Is the New Star of My Kitchen (I Reach for It Every Day!)

When I say this pan cooked everything to perfection, I mean it. The eggs? Perfect thanks to an assist from the lid. The tortilla? Crisp and not burnt, just the way I like it. And the steak? Seared and basted to perfection. I’ve been so impressed by this pan, espeically how it cooks like stainless steel but cleans like nonstick. In fact, since getting this pan, I’ve yet to cook a meal without it (much to the chagrin of my other cookware) and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
