We’ve already extolled the virtues of no-cook, no-churn, 2-ingredient ice cream, but this recipe takes the ingenious method one step further by adding a ripple of thick, sweet honey and a pinch of flaky sea salt.

You’re only four ingredients away from making this ice cream — no machine required. What are you waiting for?

This ice cream is great for entertaining, as it only takes five minutes of hands-on prep time. All you have to do is whip heavy cream, then fold in sweetened condensed milk, honey, and sea salt. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, drizzle the top with more honey, and leave in the freezer for about six hours, or until the ice cream is frozen solid.

Serve with an extra drizzle of honey and sprinkle of salt for the ultimate sweet-salty treat.
