Raise your hand if you grew up eating Hamburger Helper (mine is up high). Remember the cheeseburger macaroni flavor? Well, with only 30 minutes (including prep time!) and one pot, you can have a homemade version on your table tonight.

The best thing about this recipe is that it all cooks in one large Dutch oven. The beauty of a one-pot meal is, of course, less cleanup, but also the fact that it feels like a little kitchen magic is at work. Throw a bunch of ingredients — like ground beef, elbow pasta, frozen corn, chicken broth, chili powder, and crushed tomatoes — into the pot, and 20 minutes later you have a fully cooked meal waiting for you.

Eating this cheeseburger casserole is like taking a walk down memory lane, except this time you can easily pronounce and identify all the ingredients involved.
