It seems that the Internet’s fascination with rainbow-colored food is never-ending. But unlike many foods before it, the latest rainbow food fad isn’t sugary at all. Can you guess the flavors in this beautiful new sandwich creation?

The rainbow-colored grilled cheese sandwich is not funfetti or cotton-candy. Instead, according to Instagram user @hkfoodiexblogger, this dream of a meal is flavored with lavender, basil, tomato, and cheese. Yes, that’s right! The lavender flavor mixed with more traditional grilled cheese flavors throws me off a bit, but I should have expected something out of the ordinary.

According to this video, the cheese is naturally colored; a fact which only serves to make this sandwich even more magical than it already was. I’m just sad it’s only available in Hong Kong because I’d really like to try one! What about you?
