This Game-Changing Organizer Practically Doubled My Freezer Space

My method of freezer organization has always been “just make it fit.” Most of the time, I throw the frozen foods in and arrange them barely well enough for the door to close. My rental apartment came with an old top-freezer refrigerator that can hold a decent amount of items, but it gets cluttered quickly if things aren’t stacked properly. There’s also an ice maker on one side that further cuts down on available space. Now, I’m able to file my bags of vegetables in an orderly fashion instead of having them all fall out of the freezer every time I have to find something. Once I had the items stored on the organizer, I could see what space I had left. There’s a shelf at the top of my freezer that I used to fill with smaller items, thinking that large freezer bags made more sense at the base of the compartment. However, with the rack in place, I am able to store the bigger bags on the top shelf along with other groceries that were too small or not the right shape for the storage rack. In the end, I fit more into my freezer now because it is smartly packed.
