Just because you're avoiding gluten — or grains, for that matter — doesn't mean you have to say goodbye to buns and bagels. Grab a head of cauliflower and follow me.
The recipe for these grain-free miracles is pretty simple: Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until fine; mix with almond meal, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, psyillium husk (optional for a drier bun), and eggs to form the “dough"; shape into buns or bagels and bake for about 30 minutes.
That's it! Breakfast just got a whole lot better.
