For the past year, rapper Yo Gotti has been calling an estate about an hour northwest of Los Angeles his home. Now, however, the sprawling Mediterranean-inspired property — boasting 10,000 square feet of living space — can be yours for just under $9 million.

This 7-bedroom, 8-bath home — which is listed by Todd Armstrong of Compass’ Sports & Entertainment Division — lies on a 3-acre property in the town of Westlake Village, California, overlooking the golf course at the high-end North Ranch Country Club. On the outside, the home has all the makings of a Tuscan villa, complete with terracotta roof tiles that extend over the covered areas of a back terrace.

The breathtaking landscaping begins in front of the house, with tiered shrubbery surrounding a cobblestone roundabout, ivy climbing up the sides of the carport, and a manicured walking garden just beyond the parking area. Out back, the grounds feature a reflecting pool, as well as a swimming pool, separated by a small extension of the patio. Steps lead down to an infinity pool near a hill, offering amazing views of the canyon below.

On the far side of the pool, a large gazebo extends over both the patio area’s second seating area and an outdoor dining table. To the far side of the house, there is a sunken tennis court, with walls of greenery that mirrors the home’s entrance.

Inside the single story home, three separate living rooms offer views of the entire outdoor space and the hills beyond, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and wood-framed glass doors. Natural ash wood is used as an accent throughout the home — including in one of the living spaces and in the master bedroom — where it covers the entire vaulted ceiling. The wood also appears as exposed beams along the hallway and the arches separating each section of the open floor plan.

The same ash wood is used in the chef’s kitchen, on both cabinets lining the walls on one side and the ones surrounding the large, marble-topped island. Nestled just beyond the eat-in island, a family room and adjacent kitchen nook offering 180-degree views of the hills lie off to the side delivering a cozy feeling for everyone to enjoy.

Built in the 1990s, the home’s master suite features dual bathrooms and closets, a jacuzzi, and its own fireplace. The additional 6 bedrooms include one which opens onto the property’s outside gazebo for optimal relaxation. The home’s next owner will also have separate areas already built out as a home office and a gym.

Yo Gotti is asking for $8.6 million, which is exactly $1 million more than what he paid when he acquired the property — known as Villa Forza — in May 2021. No word as to whether the Memphis rapper and music executive is in the market for new digs in the Los Angeles area.
