You’ve probably had a watermelon margarita before (if not, you’re missing out!), but what about a margarita made inside of a watermelon? Yes, this is a thing you can (and should) do.

Grab a watermelon, some tequila, and an immersion blender — it’s margarita time.

The recipe goes into more detail about how to pull off this magical party trick, but essentially you cut a hole in a large watermelon; blend the flesh with an immersion blender; scoop out some of the juice; and add in margarita fixings, like tequila, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters.

If you’re having an end-of-summer fête, this is the perfect cocktail to wow your guests.
