The next time a craving for teriyaki chicken strikes, you don’t have to go to the mall food court to get your fix. With only 10 minutes of prep time, you can have moist, flavorful chicken teriyaki at home, thanks to the slow cooker.

All you have to do is throw boneless, skinless chicken breasts, water, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper into your slow cooker; cook it on LOW for four hours; and then shred the cooked chicken with two forks.

And that’s it! Serve the chicken over rice or zucchini noodles and you’ve got a delicious dinner (or lunch). Easy-peasy.
