Would You Eat This Chicken & Waffles Cake?

I took a poll in our office last week about who would eat this cake and things got pretty heated. Here’s what you need to know: Yes, this is actual cake — a vanilla buttermilk cake to be exact — filled with maple buttercream and a spicy sage caramel, and garnished with nuggets of fried chicken and waffles.
So what side are you on: Yes or no?
I would personally devour this cake. The only thing lacking (maybe) is the missed opportunity to add the chicken and waffles inside the cake instead of just on top. Can you imagine crispy fried bits in between those buttercream and caramel layers? It’s a pretty beautiful image.
