Limpa is a sweet, lightly spiced rye bread that is traditional in Sweden - especially around the holidays. Limpa and other sweet breads are often more involved and time-consuming than simple artisan breads like no-knead bread but they have wonderful tastes and often family tradition too. Do you have any traditional breads that you make around the holidays?
