When it comes to small appliances, we all have our favorites. But there’s one appliance in particular that gets a high amount of praise. I’m talking about the Vitamix. They’re pretty, they’re practical, and they’re a total workhorse in the kitchen.

If you’ve been on the fence about getting one and just happen to have a couple gift cards left over from Christmas, I’m here to tell you that now is the time. Williams Sonoma just released an exclusive version of the Vitamix Ascent 5300 and it’s really, really (like really) pretty.

The exclusive blender from Williams Sonoma now comes in a beautiful copper color. “The powerhouse Vitamix A3500 is now available in a lustrous copper-plated finish that reflects its brilliant performance,” the retailer explains. I bet Nigella, based on her obsession with the color, already has one of these beauties in her possession.

Besides the color, the blender is the same great appliance. The blender comes with five smart program settings (smoothies, hot soups, dips and spreads, frozen desserts, and self-cleaning) and a container that automatically detects the amount of food put in it so it blends everything to perfection. This means that the blender stops when it’s done and you don’t have to wait around in the kitchen to make sure things aren’t over blended. Dreamy, right?
