I cover must-have home products, sales, and brand launches. Prior to working at ATM, I earned my degree in Culture Writing and Criticism from NYU, and I interned at publications like CNN Underscored, TV Insider, Texas Monthly (I'm a Dallas native), and more. When I'm not writing, I'm usually at the movies or browsing in a thrift store.

I always start off the new year with a lengthy list of goals, some of them even carrying over from the year prior. One of them that I’m still working on is upgrading all of my cookware and kitchen tools from my college days. While shopping as a student, I didn’t really focus on much aside from an item’s budget-friendly price tag, but my priorities have definitely changed in the past year and a half. I’m spending more time trying out new recipes and planning meals for the week — so my kitchen gear needed to change.

I’ve made a decent amount of progress, but I still have a few gaps to fill. And even though I’m prepared to spend a bit more on a quality item, that doesn’t mean that I don’t try to save money when I can. I love a good deal, and right now, Williams Sonoma’s sale section is full of them. Le Creuset, All-Clad, and more big names are up to 75% off. If you’re like me and have a few must-have kitchen items on your shopping list for 2025, then check out the best sale finds below.

If a classic Dutch oven is on your wish list, then Staub’s is definitely worth considering. The enameled cast iron doesn’t just look pretty — though the glossy, vibrant finish will look great on your stovetop. With traces of quartz in the interior, it also heats up fast, and the surface is resistant to rust, chipping, and cracking.
