The Best Hope for Food Safety Reform is a Lawyer Named Bill

This New Yorker article investigating the complicated (and broken) system of food safety regulation and reinforcement in the US is pretty darn grim. But there’s hope! His name is Bill and he’s a fiery lawyer from Seattle who seems ready to take these big food producers to task.
