Roasted Carrots Are a Glorious Thanksgiving Side Dish
Inspired by the harvest-inspired Thanksgiving menu from The Kitchn’s Gathering this week, I want to talk about the side dish glory that is whole roasted (or grilled!) carrots. Gone are the days of mushy, small carrots of your childhood lunch box. Whole roasted carrots with lots of spice or sauce make for a beautiful addition to any dinner table, especially on Thanksgiving.Roasted carrots are an incredibly easy side dish to put together for Thanksgiving. You can use regular long orange carrots, or get crazy with some white and purple veg. After that, you just need to decide on spices and presentation.
