Mark our words: Whole Foods is the place to go if you’re planning a pizza night. You can go big and get a ball of made-from-scratch pizza dough, shredded mozzarella, any topping you can imagine, and the best jarred sauce in the game. Or, you could get some ready-to-go pieces from the hot bar (which many Kitchn staffers will argue is the single best thing to get from the Whole Foods hot bar!). Or, you can simply go home with one of the many frozen pizza pies they have to offer. (Whole Foods’ frozen pizzas are so good, our former Food Director, Hali Bey Ramdene, swore they had the best thin-crust frozen pizza in the game.) For the next two weeks though, you’d be wise to go with the latter option and stock your freezer to max capacity with the frozen stuff.

Why the urgency? From October 23 to November 5, all of the frozen pizzas that Whole Foods sells will be a whopping 50 percent off. Yes, you read that right. ALL of them. That includes all 365 Everyday Value frozen pizzas, Amy’s, dairy-free/soy-free/gluten-free/plant-based options from Daiya, and more. The massive savings deal is part of the retailer’s celebration of National Pizza Month (an arbitrary holiday that we’re more than happy to partake in).

Of course, there’s a small catch: The half-price deal is only available to Prime members. If you recall, a year-and-a-half ago Whole Foods announced special discounts for Prime Members after Amazon bought the grocery chain for a whopping $13.7 billion dollars. As if you needed another reason to become a Prime member, this is it my friends, THIS IS IT. Here, we’ll make it easy for you.

To get the discounts, you can either download and sign into the Whole Foods Market app, which you’ll scan at checkout, or provide your phone number at the register once you’ve linked it to your account.

We’d wager that this half-price deal makes pizza night + side salads + booze cost a whole lot less than a big takeout order would. So if you need us anytime during the next two weeks, we’ll likely be in one of two places: Either with our head in the Whole Foods freezer aisle or staring (longingly) while we wait for the oven time to go off.
