It’s a good thing Harvard’s school color is crimson, though they might consider calling it burgundy given their status as one of the top wine growers in California.
In the past few years Harvard has purchased nearly 10,000 acres of land in Southern California
But now that the university is in the top 20 growers in the Paso Robles region, there’s a concern about how they are watering their vineyards in the face of the California drought.
