Q: In your tutorial on how to make kombucha, it says you can add fruit to flavor the kombucha. When is the fruit added?

Editor: In our recipe for kombucha tea, fruit is added in step #8, the bottling stage. You can either put the fruit into the bottles and pour the fermented kombucha over it if you want to serve it directly out of the bottles after a few days, or you an infuse the fruit with the kombucha tea in a separate container for a few days before straining the fruit out for a less pulpy version.
