Q: I recently came across some gorgeous smoked flaky sea salt that I could not pass up.

What are some uses that will showcase its tangy mesquite flavor as well as how pretty it is?

Editor: Ashley, that is some beautiful salt! We would add this salt as a finishing touch to already-cooked dishes, or to raw vegetables. We'd love to eat a deviled egg with some of this sprinkled on top, or a spring salad with some pungent cheese and roasted root vegetables, finished off with this salt.
