Q: I plan to buy a hand grater for garlic, so which kind of grater should I get: coarse, medium, or fine grind?

p.s. I like a strong garlic flavor!

Editor: Larry, if you like really strong garlic flavor, we'd recommend getting a grater with the finest grind possible. This will ensure lots of garlicky flavor throughout your entire dish!

In terms of which grater to buy, we like using our microplane when we want a very finely-minced garlic.
