Q: What are some uses for a paella pan, other than just making paella?

Editor: I’m all about multi-use kitchen tools, and a paella pan can absolutely pull double duty; there’s no reason they should be reserved for just one dish. The alternative use that comes to mind is using your paella pan to make roast chicken with vegetables. If you don’t have a wok, consider using it to make a stir-fry. You can also use it to make a curry, sauté vegetables, or whip up some fried or scrambled eggs.
