I've been helping my mother clean up her kitchen. Because her kitchen was so disorganized before, she would buy groceries she already had. For the most part, I've been able to use up all the excess, except for one ingredient: powdered sugar.
Every recipe I come across only uses it as a topping, and we have five or six boxes worth of the stuff that we aren't using for anything. Are there any recipes that use powdered sugar for anything other than dusting?

Readers, what ideas do you have for using up several boxes of powdered sugar?
