Q: have two cartons of rice milk, one of which I opened a month ago. The other I just bought, and there appears to be tiny flecks in it that dissolve when touched. Amazingly, they taste identical. The older one may be a little less sweet. I’ll discard the older one. I’m not sure what to do with the one I just opened? Its expiration date is July 2014.
