Editor: Cooking meals while traveling isn't without its challenges, but that certainly isn't to say it can't be done. It just takes a little more planning and creativity than if you were at home in your own kitchen.
A small camping stove may prove useful. In addition I recommend taking along some basic (yet very helpful) kitchen tools, like a kitchen thermometer, small cutting board, can opener, chef's knife (if possible), and a peeler. Here's some more inspiration for you:
