Q: I’m having a baby at the end of July and starting to stock my freezer. The thing is, so many freezer-friendly meals require baking at the end, and I live in Texas, where it will be too hot to turn on the oven.

Does anyone have suggestions for vegetarian summer freezer meals that are not soup?

Stir-fry is probably my all-time favorite freezer meal. It’s easy to assemble and there are so many different combinations you can make with different veggies.
