Q: As a single gal, I love to cook and use cookbooks and recipes often. I do get tired of recipes that make six servings, forcing me to eat the same thing day after day, though.
My question is two-pronged: Is there a simple way to cut down recipe yields?
More importantly, what are the best cookbooks for small-size (1 to 3) servings?
