Welcome to Reader Request Week at The Kitchn!

Reader Request Week has become a tradition at The Kitchn over the last few years. This year when we asked what you wanted to hear more about, we got a great response on the site and throughout our social media channels. More vegan recipe ideas? Check! A feature on favorite recipes from classic cookbooks? Double check! Meals to make with a can of sardines? You got it.

This week’s posts will mostly be in response to the things you’ve requested. We’ll even show you who requested what in the actual posts! We have a couple extra slots open for the week, so if there’s anything else you’re dying to see on the site, let us know in the comments.

And this is really just an excuse to get even more of what you love on the site — we draw from your ideas and suggestions all year long. So request away!
