Vacation Rental: Brand New Lush Golf Villa in SoBe, Miami, Florida
Sleeps: Up to 12 people
Price: $1,512 per night
Why We Wanna Cook Here: All that sunny prep space.

We’re obsessed with the thought of blending up tropical smoothies and grilling fresh fish in this expansive Miami rental. The pops of blue in the bright white kitchen immediately transport us to the beach — which makes sense, considering the teal waters of South Beach are just two blocks away!

Who Should Go (and When)

With six bedrooms, this home is great for families or friends who feel like family. And while the price tag might feel a little steep, when you divide it by six couples, it’s actually a pretty good deal.

As for when to go, there are plenty of reasons to head to this part of the Sunshine State pretty much any time of year: Art Basel hits Miami in December, South Beach Wine & Food Festival is in February, the Ultra Music Festival is in March, and Miami Fashion Week stomps down the runway in May. But our favorite time is … well, right now! What are you waiting for?

What We’d Cook Here

Is it just us, or does the menu for this place practically build itself?

Another Thing We Love

There are so many bold uses of color around the rest of the house! Also, can we talk about the amazing palm print wallpaper in the bathroom? Love!

What to Instagram

The grassy backyard has so much potential for a few shots of you manning the grill (in shades, of course) or doing your best Cocktail impression.

When we travel we believe in staying in real homes as much as we can; to really taste a place means cooking local food in a local’s kitchen. We Wanna Cook Here is our series devoted to our favorite vacation rentals, each with a kitchen worth savoring.
