Two Pretty Pans for Pumpkin Bread
I woke up this morning craving pumpkin bread, even though the temperatures haven’t dipped below 90°F in over a week. It’s just that time of year, I guess, which means that it’s also time for pretty baking pans for that practically necessary pumpkin bread.
The first pan is a loaf pan from Nordic Ware that has a gorgeous raised design of pumpkins and vines. The second is a cakelet pan that gives you pumpkins, acorns, and leaves. Slightly less practical than a loaf pan, perhaps, but oh-so-pretty, especially when those little cakes are dusted with powdered sugar.
These pans look so elaborate, I know, but they’re really quite fabulous to bake with. I have had a few Nordic Ware pans over the years, and they always turn out great baked goods.
Now it’s just time for that pumpkin bread recipe. Do you have a favorite?
