If we didn’t know any better, we’d guess that Trader Joe’s just hired a Vice President of Sheet-Themed Products. What the heck are we talking about? Well, last month the grocery chain came out with adorable mini sheet cakes. And now, the brand is launching sheet masks. (If they come out with actual sheet sets soon, we’ll know our theory was right!)

Anyway, back to these sheet masks.

You may have noticed that sheet masks are huge right now. (I believe the cool kids have turned the trend into a verb and call it “masking.” Or is it “sheeting?”) And with Trader Joe’s being so established in the beauty world already (read: The Best Non-Food Thing I Buy at Trader Joe’s), it makes sense that the grocer would come out with its own affordable option.

“Sheet masks of this quality typically sell for $3.99 all the way on up to $9.99 (!) each at beauty boutiques,” the Fearless Flyer explains. But each single-use sheet mask from TJ’s retails for just $1.99.

If you want to know more about the quality: The mask itself is made with 100 percent cotton. It’s then soaked in hydrating hyaluronic acid and honey, revitalizing rose hip and camellia oils, calming chamomile, green tea and turmeric extracts, plumping propolis, pomegranate and blue algae extracts, and more. Plus, there’s added natural cucumber fragrance for a “spa-day touch.”

Our suggestion on how to use it: Put one on and wear it while you eat some of that sheet cake and drink a bunch of Trader Joe’s wine (read: The Best Wines to Drink While You’re Wearing a Sheet Mask). Doesn’t that actually sound better than a trip to a fancy spa?
