This $4 Trader Joe’s Moisturizer Is a Huge Fan Favorite (and You Can Buy It Online!)
If you’ve been on the Trader Joe’s train for a while now, then odds are, you’ve at least dipped your toes into the Trader Joe’s beauty section a time or two. Maybe you bought a seasonal hand soap once or twice or you threw a face mask you kept hearing friends rave about in your cart on impulse. If you haven’t, though, first of all: What are you waiting for? And second of all, I have a suggestion for where to start. According to Reddit and Instagram (both places where Trader Joe’s fans are extremely active), it seems like Trader Joe’s Head to Toe Balm may the best gateway buy.
Even Trader Joe’s influencers (yes, this is a very, very real thing) are singing the balm’s praises. Trader Joe’s Pro, one of the biggest influencers in the TJs game, even did a whole post about this fan favorite product. They wrote on Instagram, “Pro-Tip: take the @traderjoes Head to Toe Moisturizing Balm with you when you camp and you’ll be protected from the elements. This works wonders on chapped lips, acts as a barrier against the wind when rubbed on your cheeks, reduces the chance of blisters where your hiking boots rub, and prevents a red nose when you have the sniffles and your tissues aren’t as soft as you’d like them. Basically, a life saver whether you’re camping or anywhere else!”
It’s so popular that it’s even made its way to Amazon, a common occurrence for favorite TJ’s items that aren’t available in the store year-round. (You’ll pay a premium for the convenience, as the $4 balm is $9.99 online — but at least it’s Prime-eligible!)
With more than 50 reviews (most positive), it only adds to the hype around the product. One Amazon shopper wrote of the balm, “Works amazing for keeping my skin moisturized under my beard. I have psoriasis on my face and this does wonders. Cannot say enough good things about it … and it smells great.”
If the balm isn’t your thing, though, there are a ton of other cold weather-focused products in the TJ’s beauty section that you’ll probably want to try ASAP.
1. Honey Mango Moisturizing Shave Cream
If you’re looking for extra moisturized skin this season, then look no further than this shave cream. It’s one of the all-time most popular beauty products at Trader Joe’s and is available year-round, though is particularly helpful in the months where your skin is extra dry.
2. Coconut Body Butter
Another all-time classic, Trader Joe’s Coconut Body Butter is a cult favorite and for good reason. Slather this stuff all over your body in colder weather and your skin will thank you in a major way.
3. Face Sheet Mask
If you’re into intense hydration or want to get into masking, look no further. This sheet mask is much beloved and just $2!
