Going gluten-free makes finding good snacks a bit of a treasure hunt, but trust me — once I discover something I like, you better believe it becomes a regular addition to my snack rotation.

Over the years, I’ve found that Trader Joe’s is a pretty amazing source for gluten-free goodies, including chocolate chip granola bites, cauliflower crackers, and even cheesy bread bites. And this list isn’t just for gluten-free eaters! These tasty snacks will win over just about anyone. Come along and dip into my 10 snack-time favorites from Trader Joe’s.

1. Sour Cream & Onion Flavored Rings, $1.99 for 2.5 ounces

I seriously have to restrain myself from eating the whole bag of these scrumptious sour cream onion rings. Yes, they are that good, and no, you cannot tell that they’re made from fiber-rich red lentils. So far, I’ve been content eating them out of the bag, but I suspect it won’t be long before they start making an appearance as crouton replacements on my salads and soups.

2. Organic Chocolate Chip Granola Bites, $2.99 for 4.25 ounces

I stumbled on a box of these granola bites by accident, and I’m lucky I did. Not only are they gluten-free, but they’re also vegan and dairy-free. The best part is the yummy combo of chocolate chips and oats. Whether you’re out on a morning hike or taking an afternoon break from work, these are a convenient on-the-go snack.

3. Truly Tortilla Chips, $2.49 for 9 ounces

You really can’t go wrong with a snack classic — and by that I mean a bowl of delightfully salty corn tortilla chips with salsa for dipping. While Trader Joe’s massive chip aisle makes it hard to choose, these restaurant-style White Corn Truly Tortilla Chips are one of my favorites. What I love most about these lime-laced chips is how thick and sturdy they are, which makes them perfect for scooping up Trader Joe’s flavorful Homestyle Salsa Especial ($2.99 for 12 ounces).

4. Cauliflower Crisps Snack, $2.99 for 2.47 ounces

Made from brown rice and cauliflower, these crunchy rounds are toasty and delicious. I like to pair these gluten-free snacks — which are filled with pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds — with cheese. At the moment, I’m digging them with Trader Joe’s creamy Havarti, but these savory crisps great with just about any cheesy choice.

5. Norwegian Crispbread, $4.29 for 7.55 ounces

These seed-packed crackers are the base for my favorite gluten-free bagel-inspired snack. I like to smother one of these flax-rich crispbreads with Trader Joe’s Whipped Cream Cheese, then take it a step further with some Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, and make it a deluxe with smoked salmon, sliced tomatoes, and red onion.

6. Rice Cracker Medley, $2.29 for 8 ounces

Arare (Japanese-style rice crackers) are a nostalgic childhood favorite. I remember my grandma would always have a bowl of these salty, crispy crackers, and my whole family would snack on handfuls during our Sunday visits. Many traditional brands tend to be made with wheat, which is why I was pleasantly surprised to find that Trader Joe’s Thailand-made version is gluten-free. This mix includes spicy peas, bite-sized crackers wrapped in nori, flower-shaped munchies, and big discs that are seasoned with salty-sweet soy sauce and a hint of chili heat.

7. 3 Seed Sweet Potato Crackers, $1.99 for 6.5 ounces

You’ll find these sweet potato crackers stacked along the shelves in the freezer section. They’re a cross between a corn tortilla chip and a sweet potato crisp and are dotted with black sesame, flax, and chia seeds. While I eat them straight from the box, I also love scooping them into hummus — particularly Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic Hummus.

8. Brazilian-Style Cheese Bread, $4.49 for 11 ounces

Finding a delicious bready snack that’s also gluten-free can be a struggle, which is why this box of soft mini cheese breads made with tapioca flour is so special. Every time I pull this convenient version of Brazilian pão de queijo from my freezer, they are gone in an instant. It seems no one can resist the smell of cheesy bread and the salty taste of Parmesan.

9. Soft & Juicy Mandarins, $2.99 for 6 ounces

Sometimes all I need to get through the day is just a little bit of sweetness, and that’s when I turn to an old standby: Trader Joe’s dried mandarins. These are, hands-down, one of my go-to gluten-free snacks. Each chewy bite is sweet, tangy, and oh-so-delicious. Bonus: You won’t have to struggle with taking off the peel or cleaning up sticky fingers!

10. Organic Cacio E Pepe Puffs, $1.99 for 4.9 ounces

As any diehard fan of Trader Joe’s knows, the chip aisle is pure snacking heaven. Grab a bag of these sophisticated cheese and pepper puffs made from corn and rice, and you’ll know exactly what I mean. Put out a bowl of these Italian-inspired, baked, gluten-free puffs for a night of streaming Netflix, and I guarantee the bowl will be empty before you know it.
