By now, it’s no secret that Trader Joe’s is known for creating some of our favorite sweets and snacks. With fan favorites like Strawberry Lemonade Ice Bars and S’mores Ice Cream, it’s safe to say that TJ’s has our summer snacking needs set, and you won’t catch us complaining about it.

Now the latest summertime treat to hit TJ’s shelves, S’mores Bars, not only takes what we already love about the classic campfire snack, but also packages it into a frozen bar that can be thawed out and enjoyed whenever your heart desires. After already having success with both S’mores Ice Cream and S’mores Clusters this year, it only makes sense that TJ’s wants to please the masses with yet another s’mores creation before the season is over. 

So what makes these frozen campfire snacks so special? S’mores Bars contain a bottom layer of graham cracker crumb crust, a middle section filled with rich, fudgy brownie, and a top layer of gooey toasted marshmallow. The best part is that no campfire is necessary to devour these tasty treats — you simply remove them from the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature for a couple of hours. And for a flavor more reminiscent of a traditional s’more, S’mores Bars can be heated up in the oven for a few minutes, or tossed in the air fryer.
