*Phil Collins voice:* I can feel it coming in the air tonight. What is “it,” you ask? Fall! Ready or not, the seasons are a’changing and fall is just a few short weeks away. Soon, backyard dinners will be a distant memory, as we transition into cooler nights far more appropriate for cozier, cheesier concoctions. (I’m not too upset about this … are you?)

Of course, Trader Joe’s is already ahead of the curve when it comes to these cozy, cheesy concoctions. Here are three fun pastas that are newly available — just in time for the falling of fall.

1. Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe

Cacio e pepe is what I want to eat 75 percent of the time, which is why I’m so grateful my favorite grocery store now makes a pre-bagged version in the freezer section. (This is a game-changer, people.) The description on the bag leads me to believe that it will be as perfect as every other cacio e pepe I’ve tried: “Spaghetti pasta in a rich creamy sauce with Pecorino Romano cheese and black pepper.” Cook on the stovetop in a skillet with a few tablespoons of water for the best results.

2. Cheese Filled Fiocchetti with Pink Sauce

Another brilliant addition to the freezer section? These delicate pasta pouches filled with ricotta, tallegio, and mozzarella in a pink (cream + tomato) sauce. To heat, you can microwave or cook on the stovetop. The only way these can get any better is by putting even more cheese on top.

3. Cacio e Pepe Ravioli

If the frozen cacio e pepe isn’t enough to fill your insatiable cacio e pepe fix, head on down to the refrigerated aisle for these cacio e pepe ravioli. Ready in just three to four minutes, this is the kind of dinner you can whip up at a moment’s notice.

Which of these pastas are you most excited to try?
