There’s nothing quite like finding a high-quality grocery product at a low price, especially at an accessible grocery store like Trader Joe’s. Trader Joe’s is known for offering a variety of unique grocery products at affordable prices, including a line of pantry staples that could easily be considered “luxury” for how exceptional they are. Right now, along with selling a jar of Pitted Amarena Cherries, the store is also selling a bottle of olive oil that we have a feeling you’re going to want to get your hands on; especially if you plan on whisking together any homemade vinaigrettes for your leafy green salads this summer!

Now sold on shelves for just $7.99, shoppers can grab a 500 milliliter (around 17-ounce) bottle of this Red Island Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. According to Trader Joe’s, this is an early-harvest olive oil made with olives that have been cold-pressed and preserved to make a flavorful finish. The olives are grown at a single estate and harvested in the three or four months between mid-autumn and early winter. Typically early harvest olive oil can get pricey given the fast turnaround of the product, yet Trader Joe’s is selling bottles under $10 — a shocking price compared to the usual $20 to $50 early harvest olive oil you see on other grocery shelves.

Trader Joe’s explains that their EVOO has a “smooth and fruity profile, and nutty, delicately tannic finish,” perfect for making a salad dressing (like this all-purpose vinaigrette), or dunking crusty bread. (Something like this no-time bread in the Dutch oven, perhaps.)

But be warned! This is a super limited-edition product, and is only available on Trader Joe’s shelves for a short period of time. So if you’re looking for a quality olive oil for all of your cooking needs this summer, you’re going to want to make a trip to Trader Joe’s as soon as possible.
