As temperatures slowly start to drop, it’s becoming clear that fall is in full swing, which means Trader Joe’s is rolling out seasonal items. And while new products are always fun, sometimes it’s even more exciting to see your favorite items from yesteryear make a triumphant return to the store’s shelves. Trader Joe’s recently brought back one of last year’s highly sought-after seasonal decor finds, and it’s likely to sell out again.

Trader Joe’s carries a wide range of small plants and flowers, but none so popular as the “disco ball succulents,” which are essentially adorable little succulents potted in tiny disco-ball planters. The way they catch and reflect the light is truly beautiful, and they come in both silver and bronze to match the rest of your home decor. It’s no surprise that shoppers are scooping up the planters as quickly as they hit shelves.

The planters are the perfect accent not only for New Year’s Eve, but also for just about any celebration. Or you can simply gaze at the light dancing across your walls as you lounge on the couch at sunset. Never has a planter pulled double duty as decor quite like this tiny little disco ball pot. The succulents come in two varieties — aloe vera and calandiva — which are priced at just $5 and $6, respectively.

Last year, the adorable planters sold out quickly, so chances are they’ll be gone before you know it once again. “I neeeeed the succulents,” wrote one excited Trader Joe’s shopper. Another commented that the planters are “soooo cute,” and it’s hard to disagree. If you missed out last time around, now is your chance to grab a planter (or two, or three … ) and set the mood for a cozy, festive fall.
