These 3-Ingredient Trader Joe’s Dinners Are Impossibly Easy

If you’re planning a trip to Trader Joe’s to go snack hunting, know that you can — and should — pick up ingredients for dinner, too. The store is nothing short of a treasure trove, and with so many frozen items, jarred sauces, and smart shortcuts, you’ll leave with everything you need to make the fastest, easiest dinners. (And no, we’re not paid to say that. We just legitimately love them!)

The following ideas call for just three ingredients each, all of which can be found in the aisles of your local TJ’s. Learn them, love them, and lean on them anytime you need a lazy meal in a flash.

Potsticker Stir-Fry

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet. Add 1 (16-ounce) bag Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and cook until almost tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Push to the side and add 1 (16-ounce) bag Frozen Chicken Gyoza Potstickers, pleat-side up, in a single layer. Fry 3 minutes. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam 3 minutes. Add 1 cup Gyoza Dipping Sauce, toss to coat, and serve.

Shawarma Chicken Hummus Bowls

Place 1 (1 1/2-pound) package Shawarma Chicken Thighs in a baking dish. Roast at 425°F until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and shred. Divide 1 (16-ounce) container Original Hummus Dip among 4 shallow bowls. Top each with shredded chicken and 1 (16-ounce) container Cauliflower Tabbouleh.

Garlic Naan Flatbreads

Coarsely chop 1 (10-ounce) package Antipasto Mediterranean Vegetables. Place contents of 1 (12-ounce) package Frozen Garlic Naan on a baking sheet in a single layer. Top naan with vegetables and 1 (12-ounce) bag Quattro Formaggio Shredded Cheese Blend. Bake at 400°F until warm and bubbling, 5 to 10 minutes.

Crispy Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Slice (1) 12-ounce package Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage and place on a rimmed baking sheet with a 1 (14-ounce) bag Frozen Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Spread in an even layer and roast at 450°F until gnocchi is plump and lightly browned and sausage is warmed, about 15 minutes. Drizzle with Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto and toss to coat.

Mediterranean Falafel Salad

Make a double batch of 1 (16-ounce) box Falafel Mix according to package instructions. While the falafel dough rests, cook an (8.8-ounce) bag 10-Minute Farro according to package instructions. Spread onto a rimmed baking sheet and transfer to fridge to cool. Form falafel dough into patties. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350°F until golden and puffed, 25 to 30 minutes. Assemble 1 (12.95-ounce) bag Organic Mediterranean Style Salad Kit, divide among 4 shallow bowls, and top with farro and falafel.
