Christmas morning is special in and of itself, but this year why not make the edible arrangements on the table downright decadent? This might be a me thing because Trader Joe’s is bae, but I’ll be picking up a breakfast treat (or two or three) from Trader Joe’s. If you want to join me, here are my very favorite, festive breakfast options.

1. Danish Kringle, $7.99

This almond Danish Kringle has the same last name as Kris Kringle, which is the first reason why you must eat it on Christmas morning. A seasonal item at Trader Joe’s, this is the stuff of legends. Stock up when you see them — they freeze well! — and warm in a 350-degree oven for just a few minutes for the dreamiest delight.

2. Belgian Waffles, $1.99 for four

Frozen waffles might not be the special-occasion breakfast you had in mind, but these aren’t any old frozen waffles. Heat up these frozen Belgian waffles and top with fresh berries, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and a drizzle of syrup.

3. Frozen Brioche French Toast, $3.49 for 12.2 ounces

If you want French toast without any of the work — because there are presents to open, people! — Trader Joe’s sells a ready to heat-and-eat frozen version.

4. Sliced French Brioche, $3.99 for one pound

But if you love the smell of freshly sizzling French toast in the morning, you can also get the raw materials at Trader Joe’s. Dee Davis of @BlackGirlsInTraderJoes, says that TJ’s Sliced French Brioche is one of her top 10 items.

5. Mini Orange Cranberry Tea Scones, $3.99 for four

If you fancy scones, TJ’s Mini Orange Cranberry Tea Scones are definitely worth trying. Slather with a swipe of fancy butter (you know the kind), and pair with … tea, obvi.

6. Panettone Classico, $1.99 for 3.5 ounces

There are NO rules when it comes to breakfast on Christmas morning. Want to eat an entire Panettone by yourself? This packaging specifically says it’s “a perfect little panettone to eat all on your own.” So it’s actually recommended.

7. Pancake Bread, $3.99

Back when this cinnamon sugar streusel-topped loaf was a brand-new item, there was no telling how long it would be on shelves. Thankfully, the good people at the TJ’s bakery headquarters know what’s up, and Pancake Bread is here to stay. Imagine if you turned this into Pancake Bread French Toast?

8. Chocolate Croissants, $4.79 for four

For Trader Joe’s breakfast fans, these frozen chocolate croissants are an absolute staple. Proof them overnight and bake up in the morning for a sweet, flaky, French-inspired treat.

9. Mixed Mushroom & Spinach Quiche, $2.49

I realize there are a lot of sweets on this list, so here’s a veggie packed quiche if you’re looking for something more savory on Christmas morning! (The buttery crust will still give you some festive decadence, don’t worry.)

Got it? Okay. But actually, get this …
