That’s right — all you need is a banana, a freezer, and a mini food processor or blender. Chop the banana, freeze it solid (overnight is best), then blend it until crumbly then suddenly, magically, soft-serve style ice cream.

Tip: To make it harder and more scoopable, just freeze the banana ice cream for a few hours or overnight.
