Timothée Chalamet’s New Beverly Hills Home Has a Stunning Kitchen and an Even Better Wine Cellar
Actor Timothée Chalamet just bought a new home in Beverly Hills and it seems, it’s one that you may wish you would have picked up for yourself. Purchasing it from none other than Kate Upton and Justin Verlander, the Call Me by Your Name and Dune actor bought the 5,521-square foot property for a cool $11 million — which is practically a steal given that the asking price was $11.7 million. Architectural Digest notes that Chalamet is the latest famous owner of this 1976-built property, joining the likes of saxophonist Kenny G, Hollywood producer Jon Peters, and tennis player Pete Sampras.
The massive estate has a lot of notable features — like a plunge pool and tennis court — but the ones that caught my eye first were the spacious kitchen, formal dining room (with a minimalist chandelier), and walk-in wine cellar. Upton and Verlander were responsible for the latest kitchen updates, which include the marble-topped island and breakfast nook.
Other details of the four bedroom, five bathroom home include a living room with a large fireplace, brick terrace, and rose gardens. White oak floors and charcoal gray ceiling beams offer contrast to the white paneled walls and ceiling.
A luxury real estate Instagram post notes that the estate is within walking distance of other celebrity homes, so perhaps the star of the upcoming Wonka film and Lizzo are neighbors now? You can check out the details of her new Beverly Hills digs (previously owned by Harry Styles) here.
