Attention, serious garlic-lovers: There’s another viral TikTok recipe making the rounds, and this one is definitely for you. The latest sensation is from @foodwithliz, who shares a version of garlic soup that uses a mind-blowing 60 cloves of garlic. Yes, you read that right — sixty cloves of garlic!

The video, which was originally posted on September 3, has garnered more than 1.7 million views and shows the chef roasting the garlic with oil, salt, and pepper before squeezing out the cloves and blending them with onion, potato, and milk. And of course, TikTok nation isn’t shying away from showing this potent concoction some love: One commenter calls the soup “life-changing” after stirring in Gruyère and topping it with crispy prosciutto.

Garlic soup is a well-known rich and creamy seasonal soup that, when prepared right, can be the ultimate comfort food. And despite sounding very intimidating (and yet equally impressive), 60 cloves of garlic really only amounts to six large heads of garlic. But if you’re worried about extreme garlic breath, don’t fret: To help temper garlic’s notorious burn and intensity, @foodwithliz roasts the whole cloves in the oven, which gives the soup a more mellow flavor.

If you’re interested in learning how to make her 60-clove creamy garlic soup, she’s since posted the full recipe on her website. Note: Vampires need not apply.
